Ingredients
1 Spoon of chopped garlic
3 Strands of fresh thyme (or your choice of herbs)
1 bundle of scallion
1 chopped tomato
Spoon of chopped ginger
4 Spoons of red palm oil
1 Zucchini
1 Egg plan
1 Red bell pepper
1 Yellow bell pepper
1 handful of chopped kale
Pinch of seasoning salt (to taste)
Pinch of black pepper
1/2 Habanero (optional)

Cooking Method
1.Rinse vegetable, chopp them in big chunks (as seen on the photograph).
2.Steam all vegetables (except bell pepers & kale) in a pot or a steamer until semi done but still crunchy. Make sure all liquid from the vegetables is completely drained out.
3.Put chopped scallions, thyme (half of the thyme or fresh herbs of choice ), chopped garlic, chopped tomatoes, seasoning salt, ginger and the red palm oil in a pot (adding habanero ginger or spicies is optional).
4.Saute on low heat for 12 minutes (mix every few minutes).Add the steamed veggies, and the chopped red/yellow pepper, chopped kale and mix it well. Saute for 4-5 minutes (do not over cook it). Add the rest of the thyme for a fresher & taste garnish.
5.Serve by alone, with choice of grain or as a side dish
