Ingredients
Grilled/Saute Chicken Breast
2 slices of wheat bread
1 Handful Spinach
1/2 Avocado
1 Small Tomato
1 Tea Spoon Chopped Cilantro
2 Spoons Of Plain Yogurt
2 Spoons Of Red Palm Oil
1 Spoon Of Dijon Mustard
1 Tea Spoon of Honey
Pinch Of Salt & Pepper
Directions
Instructions
1.Use a bowl to mix your spread, add plain yogurt, red palm oil, honey, dijon mustard, salt & pepper and mix it up.2.Toast slices of bread, add the mixed spread on the toasted bread on both sides. Add spinach, add the grilled or sautéed chicken breast, add sliced tomatoes, avocados and the chopped cilantro.
You can add and mix two spoons of red palm oil in any spread of your choice. Enjoy!
