Ingredients
1 Lb Of Fish Fillet
2 Spoons Of Palm Oil
2 Spoons Of Cream Cheese
2 Spoons Of Chopped Cilantro
1 Spoon Of Olive Oil
1 Spoon Of Chopped Garlic
2 Spoons of Sweeten Walnut
1 Pinch Of Salt & Pepper
Directions
1. Season fish with salt, pepper and 1/2 spoon of garlic.
2. Add olive oil in pot, add garlic, cream cheese, and 1 spoon of cilantro, salt and pepper up to taste and let it cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add red palm oil in the pot and let it cook for 1 minute, add fish and cook for 4 minutes or until fish is well cooked. Add the walnuts, the remaining 1 spoon of cilantro on top and cook for 1 more minute.
4. Add on any choice of grains, salad or simply enjoy it by itself.
