Cooking Method: 1. Heat up olive oil add scallion, garlic, mushrooms, salt, pepper and saute for 2 minutes. Add red palm oil mix it and saute for 1 minute.
2. Break eggs and add on top without mixing it. Cover it to cook for 3 minutes.
3. Add chopped kale and sliced bell pepper on top, cover to cook for 2 minutes.
