2 Whole wheat tortillas
1/2 Pealed Avocado
1 Handful Arugula or Spinach
1/2 Baked or grilled chicken breast

1/2 Baked or grilled chicken breast
1.5 Spoon of Dijon Mustard
1 Spoon of red palm oil
1/4 Spoon of honey
1 Spoon of light mayonnaise (fat free)
pinch of black pepper (optional)
Directions
1. Add red palm oil in a cup, add mayonnaise, dijon mustard, honey, black pepper and a pinch of salt (optional), mix it up well.
2. Toast tortillas and place it on a plate spread the mixture on both sides of tortillas.
3. Add arugula on tortillas, add sliced chicken breast and avocado and wrap it up.Enjoy!
