Ingredients
1/2 cup of FONIO
3 cups of water
salt to taste.
1 spoon coconut oil
pinch of nutmeg & cinnamon
Directions
Add water to put, bring to boil. Add Fonio and mix together. Allow few minutes until it’s starts boiling again. Lower heat, mix again. Start adding condiments (coconut oil, nutmeg & cinnamon). Serve in a bowl with your favorite fruits and some Greek honey yogurt for a healthy, delicious breakfast filled with wholeness & more.
