Ingredients
1 large Avocado (salmon)
½ diced fresh tomato
½ yellow or red onion
1 spoon black
¼ veggie or meat bouillon cubes
1 leaf of fresh basil
½ cup olive oil
3 spoons of fresh lemon juice
pinch of salt (taste)
Directions
Peel, rinse onion, and tomato and chop them into a bowl. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix it up and let it sit for few minutes. Add nicely cut avocado into bowl and mix very lightly. Add fresh chopped basil on top Serve over cookedtraditional African grain, Fonio or fresh greens or even over toasted bread.
