Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend especially when your week days have been long like mine
Sending you all positive energy and lots of love. I once heard @deepakchopra said “always give a gift to people you come across.. the gift can be as simple as wising a stranger on the street well wish, greeting them, or simply sending them a little prayer without them knowing…”. With how life gets so busy and we often might not remember these simple gestures, but honestly I have lately been trying my hardest to be more conscious and practice this more. It absolutely keeps me grounded and it is quite fulfilling. It also reminds us that we are all connected more than we think or know.
