It’s Sunday Foreign Food Talk. How I’m Staying Cool & Hydrated In This Cali Heat As Done In Africa. We call it “Boi” in my native language while the West calls it Baobab Fruit Powder. Grows from one of the largest trees in Africa. The Baobab tree can live as long as 5000 years and the trunk can reach up to 82 feet in circumference. Not bad for a non chef ‍. I had the most amazing lunch today, still stuffed from it. This is a killer African food 🥘 recipe. Fresh Wild Caught Salmon, Boiled Beans, Steamed Red Yams, With Our Special, (Juka’s Organic Taste Of Africa Kitchen Collection) Delicious, Spicy Red Palm Oil Sauce that you will hear about very soon 🤞"Insahalah" . This sauce is the business, like really, so yummy and it’s healthy too (all Organic, Non GMO, Vegan and Zero Preservatives) !
