The world is devastated today after hearing the death of our friend that we felt we knew but never knew. The man that makes you want to travel more and enjoy the world, good food 🥘 and laughter. There is so much with this life that is fulfilling to the heart but yet his was sort of harder to tap into. My mind cannot wrap around the thought but my heart is heavy for him. So with this I say, REST IN PEACE dear. :
Sadly though, according to the CDC the suicide rate in the U.S has increased more than 25% since 1999. With 44,965 reported in 2016. If you think about it, this is an average of 124 people that commit suicide on a daily bases. :
If you have friends and family, please just check on them sometimes, hear them out and show them they matter. Get them help if needed. Because those that are in need of help, don’t always know they need help to seek help. They should be given help until they understand they need help. :
Truly praying for the suffering souls in this world and sadly sometimes, we just don’t know who is going through something that is unbearable.
