Meanwhile, drizzle the salmon with red palm oil, sprinkle with garlic and garlic powder, herbs, salt and pepper. Broil salmon about 5 inches underneath the broiler for 15mins. Watch closely and wait till salmon becomes brown on top but not burn and cook through. Let rest for 3 minutes and serve.
