Those who think they have no time for healthy eating will sooner or later have to find time for medical expenses. The key to healthy eating is avoiding any food that has a TV commercial. Optimum nutrition is the medicine of tomorrow. Every 35 days your skin replaces itself and your liver in a month. From where this energy comes from; your body makes these new cells from the food you eat. What you eat literally becomes you. You have a choice in what you are made of. So, eat wisely. Good food is healthy food. Food is supposed to sustain you so you can live better, not so you can eat more. Some people eat to live and some people live to eat. There’s a difference. Think once, what would happen if everybody ate lots and lots of fresh organic food that was minimally processed? I think we’d have an epidemic of health.
