All days are beautiful but Fridays have its own charm; you end up the work and get a weekend surprise. You can’t control everything in life, but what you put in your body you can and it’s made all the difference. There is no diet that will do what eating healthy does. Daily exercise and healthy eating leads to increased awesomeness; so, eat to nourish your body. Healthy eating is not a Monday to Friday thing; it’s a fat life thing. The reason why shouldn’t you eat junk food is that you don’t look after your body; you’ll have nowhere to live. Healthy eating is a way of life, so it’s important to establish routines that are simple, realistically, and ultimately livable. If it came from a plant, eat it; if it was made in a plant, don’t. Eat to meet your long-term goals not short-term satisfaction. Therefore, eat healthy; feel healthy; and be healthy all the time!
